Itinerary:

Day 1:  Depart Toronto Royal York Hotel at 9 am and head North for the famous Muskoka Lakes district.  The two and a half-hour drive provides many chances to stop along the way for choice photography opportunities.

Day 2:  Exploring the lakes region from top to bottom including lookouts with spectacular views and cruising the small towns for niche photos of county shops and antiques.

Day 3:  Steamship tour on the "Winona" on lake Muskoka for the most amazingly picturesque boat ride that explores from the water some of the most expensive shoreline property in Canada.

Day4:  Pack up our bags and head East to Ottawa- the capital city of Canada which lies on the border of French and English speaking Canada- surrounded by no less than a dozen airports- this tiny city is the political centre of the 11th richest country in the world.

Day 5:  Tour the city and see the famous parliament buildings and the Riviere des Outaouais or Ottawa River that divides the English speaking Ottawa on the South bank from French-speaking Gatineau on the North bank.

Day 6:  Visit the national gallery's and tour the city again or simply take the time to relax and enjoy the scenery.

Day 7:  Depart Ottawa and head south to Kingston, a small city on the St. Lawrence River which borders Canada and the U.S.  Right at this point of the river it opens up to Lake Ontario, exactly opposite its 76-kilometre length from where it moves on to Lake Erie via Niagara Falls.  Kingston is home to one of Canada's most prestigious universities, Queens, and has a vibrant student presence.

Day 8:  Onwards to Niagara Fall stopping in Hamilton for views of the far end of Lake Ontario and the country's oldest steel plants.  This part of the trip takes us through the most populated area in Canada, known as the Golden Horseshoe, over 8 million people live between Kingston and Niagara.  That is one-quarter of the entire country's population.

Day 9:  Views of the world-famous- worlds largest waterfall- Niagara.

Day 10-14: Toronto- Canada's largest city and its economic hub.  We tour around the city we set off from two weeks earlier to see what's been called "the condo capital of the world" and no wonder- the residential development here has boomed for the last 20 years to blast the population beyond 4 million people.  Fantastic shopping, little Korea, Greek town, little Italy, two Chinatown's and the largest pedestrian underground in the world are all available for your pictorial montage to wind up your Eastern Canadian Tour.
